The four steps below show how a letter becomes one record. They are not a price list and not a signed process. A project that has not been confirmed is not described as underway.
Four steps
- 01 Mark the jar
The letter names whether the question is a flavor ledger, a pantry count, a pairing note, an app release memo, an audience reach brief, or a spend readout, and it includes the date and the person who should answer.
- 02 Split what is known
Checked company facts, materials you provided, and documents still missing stay on separate lines.
- 03 File one page
The reply is one page that keeps both what is known and what is still open. Clients, figures, or store links you did not give are not filled in.
- 04 Name the next pull
The email states who takes the next step and which material is needed. This step does not promise approval, installs, or revenue.
